Complaints

If you are unhappy with any service or any recommendation we have made to you, you are entitled to make a complaint. We have a documented complaints procedure and this is available upon request. If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us:

  • We will take any complaint seriously and review this accordingly.
  • If we cannot settle your complaint with us; within 8 weeks, or you have not had a response to your complaint with us; within 8 weeks, you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
